River Rose is a charming quilt and home goods store in beautiful, downtown Wetumpka, Alabama.
Located in a rustic 100-year-old, blue brick building with a bespoke green awning, River Rose offers quilting classes, fabric and supplies all in a hometown setting. Also available are long-arm services, custom quilts, restoration and cleaning.
From antique Turkish rugs to the small touches that turn your house into a home, you will find a wonderful selection of lamps, lanterns, candles, glassware, ceramics and handmade pillows. Our merchandise also includes a variety of silk greenery, textural botanicals and candlesticks.
River Rose also houses a drapery and soft furnishings workroom. A wide range of custom window treatments and bedding, slipcovers and table skirts are all manufactured on site. Let our creative staff assist you with planning and designing the perfect finishing touches for your space.
Having spent 30 years in Montgomery as Rose of Sharon Quilt Shop, owner Sharon Wilson decided to rename and move, trading the city life for a more peaceful setting in a small town.
She holds a Master certification from the Draperies and Window Coverings training program and has been published in Traditional Home, Southern Accents, and Veranda.
